Save on Transaction Fees by Choosing Zelle®
To provide you with the most value and convenience, we encourage you to consider using Zelle® for your payments. This efficient and secure method ensure that your transactions are processed quickly without additional fees.
Please Note: Payments made via Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) will incur a processing fee of 3.49% + $0.50 per transaction.
If you haven’t received an invoice or quote from our services yet, it might be because we don’t have all the necessary information to issue it. Please complete the client onboarding form so our accounting team can generate the invoice or quote for you.
Instruction for Zelle®
- Log in to your banking app or website and navigate the Zelle payment option.
- Enter the recipient’s email address as [email protected] and the payment amount.
- Please enter the invoice number for the payment in the notes or memo field.
- Verify that all information is correct and submit the payment.
It is important to note that the invoice number should be entered accurately in the notes or memo field. This will allow us to match the payment to the correct invoice in our accounting system. If the invoice number is not entered, there may be delays in processing the payment and reconciling our records.
A 3.49% + 50 cents credit card processing fees will be charged to clients using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. There are no fees if you pay through ACH or Zelle®.
