Instructions for Zelle®
- Log in to your banking app or website and navigate to the Zelle payment option.
- Enter the recipient’s email address as support@flextcg.com and the payment amount.
- Please enter the invoice number for the payment in the notes or memo field.
- Verify that all information is correct and submit the payment.
It is important to note that the invoice number should be entered accurately in the notes or memo field. This will allow us to match the payment to the correct invoice in our accounting system. If the invoice number is not entered, there may be delays in processing the payment and reconciling our records.
Credit / Debit Card Payment
A 3.49% + 50 cents credit card processing fee will be charged to clients using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. There are no fees if you pay through ACH or Zelle®.
