As you begin the Flex questionnaire, please be aware that you should be able to document and prove every answer, in case of an audit at some future date. To help you organize these documents, we have created a Documentation Vault that you can use to upload and store all of your supporting documents.
We will store any document uploaded to our system for a minimum of 5 years. Should the need arrive, you will be able to access them whenever you need to, or we can also help you retrieve them.
While going through the questionnaire, we implore that you please answer all of the questions honestly, even if you do not currently have any documentation. This first step is preliminary, and you do not need to have your supporting documents today.
As you complete the questionnaire, we will provide additional information that may help you understand what documents you may want to maintain.
